Read the complete problem before answering.

Tilly had pizzas to share equally between 5 plates. How much pizza will Tilly put on each plate?

A student solved the problem this way:

Let n represent the amount of pizza on each plate.
n = 3 1/3 divided by 5
n = 10/3 divided by 5/1
n = 10/3 x 1/5
n = 2/3

Tilly will put pizza on each plate.

A. pizzas 1 15/16
because you have more than 4 pizzas to fill your 4 boxes. You have 7.75 pizzas in total which you could divide by 4 to 1.93, the equivalent of 1 15/16
