yep, this is a soltuion

B.
5=-3(3)+4
5=-9+4
5=-5
false, not a solution

C.
4=-3(-2)+4
4=6+4
4=10
nope, not a solution

D.
1=-3(1)+4
1=-3+4
1=1
true

hmm, I think if B was (3,-5) then C is the only one
