Well, for number 1 it would be B, since people actually spent more money than before, since they were now buying cars.
For number 2 it would be A, since remember, it's the great Depression we're talking about. People lost money, jobs and homes, so they would not have taken more vacations.
And for number 3 it would be D. The New Deal was introduced mainly as a way to create more work and counteract the Depression. It was an economic reaction.
