LW=area=4500
L=40+W
(40+W)(W)=4500
W²+40W=4500
W²+40-4500=0
factor
(W-50)(W+90)=0
set to zero
W-50=0
W=50

W+90=0
W=-90
false, can't have negative measures

W=50
L=40+W
L=40+50=90

the width is 50 m
