How to graph 2 (X+4)^2-6?

You have to choices:

Either you make a table with x and y, and plot the resulting values

Or

You would graph the parent function

y=x^2

then:
shift it to the left 4 units
and
shift it down 6 units
and
compress it vertically with factor of 2
