Africa is usually unstable on who ruled areas, and rebels tend to cause war, there is also a fight for natural resources. this makes a stable gov. difficult.

Answer:

Ethnic divisions created by old colonial boundaries often caused distrust and unrest.

Step-by-step explanation:

Africa is a country that has a history of internal wars and it wasn't eased throughout the years. There are a lot of militias and internal wars in Africa that cause frequent troubles, dictatorships, and civil wars in such a constancy that it is really hard to see an actual democratic government.
