assuming he earned 620 on the weekend
so if 2/5=620
2/5 of all=620
times both sides by 5/2
all=3100/2
all=1550
total earnings will be $1550

620 / 2 = 310
310 * 5 = 1550
the total profit of the canteen earned was $1550
