Just substitute for x and y.
1. 4(5) +2(3)+3=19 =
29=19
2. 4(4)+ 2(5)+3=19 =
29=19
3. 4(3) +2(2) +3=19 =
19=19
4. 4(2) + 2(5)+3=19 =
21=19
So the third one is correct :)
