Multiply-
12x^4 (-5/6x^3y^2)

12 x^(4) * (- (5)/(6) x^(3) y^(2))
Now multiple the coefficients and add the exponents with common bases

12 * - (5)/(6) = -10 \\ x^(4) + x^(3) = x^(7)
Now write your final expression

-10 x^(7) y^(3)
