I'd say the answer is the one on the top right. It's points are closest to a straight line and closest to having a constant. Hope this helps and sorry if I'm wrong.

Strongest linear association --> Line that is the most accurate average of the points given
Since we want to find the line that is
closest to all the points
, we see that the graph on the
top right
has the strongest linear association.
