If the three you are referring to are no kill, no steal and no lie, then the most likely answer is D. All of the other answers are partly true, save C, which is wrong. The punishment for these can be death. They can be broken if someone chooses to do them. But they have most definitely inspired laws in countries like the USA.

The most probable answer is D, They have inspired similar laws in the United States and other countries.
