The area of a triangle is found by the formula A = 1/2bh

b is the length of the base of the triangle
h is the height of the triangle.
Which equation finds b, given A and h?

b = (2A)/h . You could technically use the formula b = A/(0.5h), but then you'd have a fraction in a fraction.
