Spaghetti sauce comes in large and small cylindrical cans. The larger can has a radius and height that are both two times longer than the radius and height of the smaller can. If the volume of the smaller can is 45.68in cubed , what is the volume of the larger can?

v=hpir^2
if each is doubled
vnew=(2h)pi(2r)^2
vnew=2hpi4r^2
vnew=8hpir^2
it is 8 times of the smaller one

so 8 times 45.68=365.44 cubic inches
