When we are circumscribing a given triangle, the first step is normally to bisect two of the sides of the triangle. Where the two bisectors cross will be the center of the circle. Then finally we place the compass at the center point and adjust its length to reach any corner of the triangle then you draw your circumscribed circle. From this procedure we can conclude that the answer that satisfies our procedure is:
D. perpendicular bisectors.
