Explanation:

First find what fraction of caffeine is hydrogen, 1 - 3/6 - 2/6 - 1/6 = H meaning hydrogen = 0/6 or 0.

Next add O + N + H which is 3/6 + 1/6 + 0/6 which is 2/3.
