B. y = 2 (z − 4x)
4x+.5y=z
4x+5/10y=z
4x+1/2y=z
4x+y/2=z
2(4x)+y/2=z
2*4x+y/2=z
8x+y/2=z
y=2z-8x
2z-8x=
2(z−4x)
So the answer is
B. y = 2 (z − 4x)
