Explanation:

(I'm not great at math so pls don't use my answer unless its a last resort) Because when I divided each one they all ended up back at 4, with that being said; 4 ÷ 1 = 4 , 8 ÷ 2 = 4, 12 ÷ 3 = 4, and 16 ÷ 4 = 4. Those are in the c column.
