The right answer is Tt.

In genetics, a hybrid is an organism resulting from the crossing of two individuals of two varieties, subspecies (interspecific crossing), species (cross interspecific) or genera (intergeneric cross) different.

So a hybrid genotype necessarily has two different alleles (Tt) as it is the case in Tt.
