it is B-1/9
This is because you have 12/108
then you simplify to the simplest numbers
12/108 >>> 6/54>>> 1/9

The answer is B, 1/9.
If there are a total of 108 ducks and only 12 of them have prizes, all you have to do is divide 12 from 108.
108/12 = 9 (meaning 1 out of every 9 ducks on average is a winner
