Tessa is playing a game that uses a spinner. The spinner can land on red, yellow, green, purple, or orange. Tessa keeps track of the colors the spinner lands on. The game ends after 90 spins of the spinner. Tessa calculates the relative frequency of each color. Which statement about Tessa's experiment is true?

A.The outcomes do not appear to be equally likely, so a uniform probability model is a good model to represent probabilities in Tessa's experiment.

B.The outcomes appear to be equally likely, so a uniform probability model is a good model to represent probabilities in Tessa’s experiment.

C.The outcomes do not appear to be equally likely, so a uniform probability model is not a good model to represent probabilities in Tessa's experiment.

D.The outcomes appear to be equally likely, so a uniform probability model is not a good model to represent probabilities in Tessa's experiment.

the values  vary quite a bit - 0.37 for purple and 0.07 for orange so the outcomes are not equally likely I would say C is the true one.
