four times sixty three equals 252
four times sixty equals 240
252 minus 240 equals twelve
twelve divided by 4 equals three
now just plug in 3
(replace the n for three)
and solve :)

n = 3
4 x 63 = 252
4 x 60 = 240
4 x 3 = 12
240 + 12 = 252
