(06.05 MC)How did cultures outside of the Gupta Empire become familiar with literature written in Sanskrit? Buddhist monks from different cultures shared Sanskrit stories. It was carried on trade routes to Persia, Egypt, and Greece. It was forced upon the cultures of the lands that the Gupta conquered. People from other lands learned Sanskrit in the universities.
