That is right it is more than a vantage at a higher altitude to cook do to the increase in pressure at the higher altitude, which increases the ability of the pressure with low pressure air at that altitude.

Because when you are at a high altitude there is a major pressure increase and there is less air the higher elevated you go. A pressure cooker will help properly cook foods at high altitudes.
