Make sure that your LAN cable is connected

Make sure, if you are not using a LAN cable, you are connected to an Internet Established WiFi Source.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your device.

If that doesn't work, take your Device into a local Tech Support Business and ask them to examine your WiFi chip inside your device.

If that doesn't work, you may need a new WiFi Chip.

If a new WiFi chip doesn't work, you may need a new device.
