All of the following reparations stipulated by the Treaty of Versailles made it impossible for the Weimar Republic of Germany to succeed EXCEPT: A. British blockades prevented replenishing the goods that were used for the war front. B. The reparation payments to France and Great Britain were so high as to be onerous. C. The treaty placed a protective tariff on German goods. D. The League of Nations prevented the leaders of the Weimar Republic from governing autonomously.

A, happened during the war so I dont know if that counts since it has nothing to do with the treaty of Versailles. B, is what actually made it impossible for the Weimar Republic to succeed. For C, I mean it didnt do that, as far as I know so I would go with D.
