Read the following excerpt from Act III of The Tempest, in which Prospero speaks to Sebastian: For you, most wicked sir, whom to call brother Would even infect my mouth, I do forgive Thy rankest fault; all of them; and require My dukedom of thee, which perforce, I know, Thou must restore. Based on this excerpt, which two themes can be most clearly determined?

This line from "The Tempest" by Shakespeare is about Prospero calling out to his brother. It describes how compassion of forgiveness is given and at the same time the justice that is carried out within the happenings of the play.
