Project Milestone One

You have just been hired as a health and wellness reporter at the local station WFVS! Congratulations and welcome aboard!
For your first news assignment, you will be interviewing family members, friends or someone else you may know about what they may have seen in the media about some of the health issues you have read about.
Please interview four different people and be sure to get all of their necessary information for your report. You can use a sound recording device, a video recorder, or just take notes, but be sure to keep all of your information that you have gathered! You will need it later!
Ask each interviewee at least 10 questions about health. You can make up your own interview format, or use this as a starter, but make sure you include all of that important information!

Interviewee Name:
Age:
Gender:
Job:
Date and time of interview:
1 What are some major health concerns that you have?
2 Are there ways that you know you can prevent these health concerns (or other concerns like obesity)?
3 If you need to find out more about a specific health issue, what do you do? Please be specific. (Don’t let them say “look on the internet”, because we have already learned that not everything on the internet is reliable! They should tell you a specific site if they use the internet as a source.)
4 What do you think is the biggest health concern facing our country?
5 What are some things that you do to help monitor your health?
6 How do you monitor your food and water intake now?
7 How would you help get the word out about this lifestyle change?
8 How do you think the media influences what concerns we have for our health?
9 How does it feel to have one of your health concerns?
10 What can you do to cure your health concerns?

Remember that you must ask ten questions, so you need to think of some more on your own! Make sure you ask them about how they keep healthy and what they do to make sure they are on top of their health game! Please be sure to keep all of your information and interview notes. You may also want to ask each person if you could ask them more questions later if you need more information from them. When you complete your final project, you will need all of your interview data; so keep it handy!

obesity
to prevent this disease form happening people need to exercise, not eat 24/7 and eat lest carbs and calories.
I would go look in the library
obesity
I make sure I don't eat over 2,500 calories and exercise daily. I make sure i eat lots of fruit and veggies.
I have an app on my phone that tell me how much water intake i take in. Also i like to drink at least a gallon of water. I do the same with food, i watch what i eat and will eat breakfast lunch and dinner and try not to pick.
Just if people as you, "wow you look good" tell them what you do to keep your body in shape.
Media is a big influence. good and bad. it does help people get to their goal weight but it also makes people want to starve themselves and overwork for the "perfect body"
My health concerns are good. i don't have any besides being unhealthy.
