The Mongol Empire was the largest contiguous empire in the history of the world. It was a fast-spreading empire which ruled from the islands of Japan all across Asia to Eastern Europe and included China, Russia, Hungary, Iran, the Middle East, Mongolia, and Indochina. From 1206 to 1368, the Mongol Empire spread out from the Mongolian steppes until it gradually dissolved due to its own complexity and size.
Both Russia and China were devastated during the Mongol Empire in different periods. They contributed to the widespread of the Black Plague to the Europe and different portions of their empire. They contributed to social political and religious changing both in Russia and China
