You need 70% of the answers to be correct, which means that 30% of the answers can be wrong.
30% of 32 is: 32 * 0.30 = 9.6
We round that down to 9, which means that you can have 9 wrong answers to pass.

WELL 22.5/32 is 70% so to just get that you need to get roughly 9.5 questons wrong
