A=0.3 m

The angular frequency of oscillation of mass is given by


\omega=\sqrt{(k)/(m)}

Putting the values in the equation above


\omega=\sqrt{(80)/(0.5)}=√(160)

The maximum speed of the mass is given by


v_(max)=\omega A=√(160)*0.3
