P=2(L+W)=2(85+55)
P=280m

A=W*L
A=85*55
=4,675m^2
Then using a rectangle with a larger ratio
P=120m+160m
P=2(L+W)
L=80m
w=60m
Then the area of that rectangle will be
A=80*60
=4,800m^2
