He will lose his energy and gain weight and become lazy. His brain chemicals will change

Well I do belive that  Jake will start to get a bit for ( bigger ) in size because he is not as active and eating more. Also Jake will most likely loose and decrease his strength and balance for surfing becasue of inactivity. :) I hope that this helped with your question :)
