(3\cdot10^4)/(4\cdot10^2)=(3)/(4)\cdot10^(4-2)=(3)/(4)\cdot10^2=(3)/(4)\cdot100=3\cdot25=\boxed{75}

So 3*10⁴ is 75 times greater than 4*10²

if 10 to the 4th power is 10,000, and 10 to the second power is 100, and multiply 3 by 10,000 which would be 30,000, and 4 by 100, it would be 400, so your answer is 29600. I hope this helps! Also if I am wrong, please tell me, I did the best I could with the information I had.
