In order to find the slope of the given line, use the following formula:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

where (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) are any two points of the line.

In this case, use the coordinates of points A and B:

A(-3,1) = (x1,y1)

B(3,3) = (x2,y2)

replace the previous values of the paramters into the formula for m:

m=(3-1)/(3-(-3))=(2)/(3+3)=(2)/(6)=(1)/(3)

Hence, the slope of the given line AB is 1/3
