She spends:

$75 rent

$1.25 ingredients for each taco.

Then, she need to earn more than $75+$1.25*15=$93.75

The inequality that represents the situation would be:


\begin{gathered} 3.5x+75>93.75 \\ 3.5x>93.5-75 \\ 3.5x>18.75 \\ x>(18.75)/(3.25) \\ x>5.76 \\ x>6 \end{gathered}

Susana should make at least 6 tacos to make some profit.
