If the chance of rain today is 35% (= 0.35), what is the probability that it will not rain? Write your answer as a decimal number (not a percent).

probablity=desired/totalpossible
percent is parts out of 100

35%=35/100
so desired=35 and total is 100
if desired=will rain
then the other part is =not rain

100-35=65

65/100 or 65% or 0.65 is prbablity that it won't rain
