To find the area of a rectangle, the formula is length*width
(2x+3)(4x+6)
So you distribute it.
8x^2+12x+12x+18
Combine like terms.
8x^2+24x+18
The factor it out.
(8x^2+12x) (12x+18)
4x(2x+3) 6(2x+3)
(4x+6) (2x+3)

So the answer is:
2(x+3) (2x+3)

I hope this has helped. Have a great day/night!
