Psychological impairments can put delusions and hallucinations into that category. This does not mean it is schizophrenia, it can also be a diagnosis for psychotic depression, bipolar, etc.

Answer:

Positive symptoms

Step-by-step explanation:

Positive and negative symptoms are medical terms to refer to the presence (+) or absence (-) of a symptom. Hallucinations (the pacient might hear, see, smell, or feel things no one else does) and delusions (beliefs that seem strange to most people) are positive symptoms of schizofrenia.

I hope you find this information useful and interesting! Good luck!
