You can talk with tonsillitis it depends on how bad it is, when I had it I could talk but it hurt. It will be hard to swallow And the Glads in your neck can become swollen, this makes it even more painful to talk.

Yes you can talk. It hurts a lot but its okay. My cousin had tonsillitis last month
