The problems with monopoly's are that the quality of the product or service is low and the prices are higher because it one rate for the whole company in stead of different prices for different companys

I think I know the answer!
I would say, since in the game monopoly the Higher the quality you could end up winning, so I would say the answer is
HIGHER QUALITY!
