A cell phone company charges a monthly fee of $39.99 for unlimited off-peak minutes on the nights and weekends but $0.45 for each peak minute during the weekday. If Brad's monthly cell phone bill was $62.49, for how many peak minutes did he get charged?

62.49-39.99=22.5
22.5/.45=50
Brad was charged for 50 peak minutes.
