2: they represent the test scores
3: 3 students got a 60-69
4: 8 people scored an 80-89, I know this because my histogram lines up with 8 on the y axis when corresponding with the x axis.
*Note, when making your histogram, keep your bars on it together, there should be no gaps in a histogram.*
