First, lets find the equations of the lines, then put the symbols in.

The first line has a slope of 3 and a y-intercept of -2. Its equation is y=3x-2
The second line has a slope of -3 and a y-intercept of 2. Its equation is y=-4x+2 (when converted to slope-intercept form).

Now we check to see where the shaded regions are. For the first line, we notice that the shaded region is below the line, so we'll replace the "=" with "≤"
For the second line, the shaded region is above, so we replace the "=" with "≥"

Our equations are y≤3x-2 and -4x+y≥2 (y≥4x+2) , which is answer choice 3.
