She played it quick, she played it light and loose;

"My eyes, they dazzled at her flowing knees" can indicate a sense of elation, or, exhilaration.

(Just tried to copy paste the definition of 'Dazzle', but I got a stop sign, so I guess i'll just have to type it out.)

Dazzle means to overwhelm, amaze, or thrill.
