We have the expression,

(b^3* c^4)^2

Applying the product rule means,

(a^x* b^y)^z=a^(xz)* b^(yz)

So, we have,

(b^3* c^4)^2=b^(3*2)* c^(4*2)=b^6* c^8

Thus,

The exponent on b is 6

The exponent on c is 8
