Well it can't be A because you wouldn't be able to understand the whole story/book/text/etc by the paragraph that wraps everything up. It's better to just the beginning.

Now, B is quite foolish too. If you're in class, you won't have time to check out the author's biography.

So it's definitely C because you need to have a clear idea of what the WHOLE text is about. Hope I helped!
