As a diabetic even though I am Type one we all have the same symptoms. Though type two diabetics are almost never treated with insulin injections until they lose weight and their diabetes becomes type one. The symptoms include lethargicness, hunger, extreme thirst, vomiting, headache, low energy, frequent trips to the restroom, and high blood sugar.
