Had to look for the missing options and here is my answer.

Leopold's Maneuver is actually used in Obstetrics. What this maneuver does is to know the position of the fetus. Based on the given description above, I can say that the fetal position is ROA or Right Occiput Anterior since the fetus is more on the right side facing the left side. Hope this answer helps.
