Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) is a disorder caused by a mutation in a gene that affects bone formation, bone strength and the structure of other tissues. It basically causes you to have a fragile skeleton. Also called Brittle Bone Disease, sufferers of this disease have extremely brittle and breakable bones.

Osteoporosis, Leukemia, Osteopenia, osteitis deformans, and osteomalacia are all diseases that effect the skeletal system. I hope I helped!
