2/15=x/5 -x/5
2/15 - (x/5) = 0
2/15 - 1/5*x = 0 - 2/15
-1/5*x - 1/5 = -2/15 -1/5
x = -2/15 (-1/5)
x = 2/3

x = 2/3 because  xis the same as 1 so switch the x/5 to 5/x or 5/1 and multiply
